Do you do commercial wholesale laundry wash and fold?
- Yes! While we specialize in shirts, sheets, comforters, and towels, we also accommodate commercial wash-and-fold laundry requests. Please give us a call for more details, and we'll be happy to discuss your needs.

- What sets Just In Time Shirts apart is the extra care we give every garment before it even goes into the wash. We manually brush each collar and cuff to remove dirt, oils, and buildup, helping your shirts come out cleaner and look their best. The result is fresher, sharper-looking shirts that your customers will notice and appreciate.
When is pickup available?
- Our pickup service is available Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- No Sunday pickup

SHIRT PRESSING SERVICE
What makes your shirt service different?
- Every collar and cuff is hand-brushed before washing to remove oils, dirt, and buildup
- Every garment is spot treated before going into the wash
- Loose or missing buttons are fixed before pressing
- Collars and Cuffs: Specialized automated collar/cuff units are calibrated to use maximum heat (up to 350°F) and high pressure to deliver crisp, wrinkle-free finishes in seconds
- Garments labeled "Wash Only" are finished using our body and sleeve presses, generally set between 300°F and 320°F, to efficiently dry and smooth damp cotton or poly-cotton blends.
- Shirts are professionally pressed, placed on hangers, covered in poly bags, and returned shelf-ready

Do you offer pickup and delivery?
- Yes — scheduled recurring pickup & delivery throughout Long Island and Queens
- Most partners are on a twice-weekly schedule
Is there a minimum order?
- No minimum order required
- Businesses with $100+ in weekly volume (~50 shirts) receive free pickup & delivery
- Under $100/week = $2 delivery fee per stop
How fast is turnaround?
- 48-hour turnaround on all orders

IMPORTANT POLICIES
Do you offer dry cleaning?
- No — we are a commercial wash & press service only
- Do not send "Dry Clean Only" garments — we cannot accept responsibility for those items
Do you offer spot treatment?
- Yes — upon request only
- Attach a written note identifying the garment and stain location
- We'll evaluate and let you know if it can be treated before washing
What if something goes wrong?
- Always check garment care labels before sending items
- Items requiring dry cleaning or special care should not be included
- Contact us before pickup if you're unsure about a garment
What happens if my garment is damaged or lost?
- We handle every garment with care throughout the cleaning process. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or lost, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will review the situation and work with you to resolve it in accordance with our store policies.
