Towel and linen laundry is priced by the pound, not by the piece. Counting individual towels would be slow and expensive for both of us.

Do you serve my area?
We run routes across Long Island, Nassau County, Suffolk County and Queens from our Farmingdale facility. Call or text 631-888-9238 with your address and we will confirm whether you are on an existing route.
Can you get hair dye or massage oil out of towels?
Oil comes out with the right wash chemistry. Hair dye on white cotton is frequently permanent. Flag both on your ticket so they are handled separately, and expect us to tell you honestly when a towel is finished.
Do you handle medical or contaminated laundry?
We process staff uniforms, sheets, towels and general linen for medical offices and nursing homes. We do not accept contaminated or biohazard laundry.
How do I pay?
Invoices are due within five days. We accept all major credit cards, and late charges apply to past-due invoices. If you are having trouble paying on time, call us. We would rather work something out than send a notice.
Can I track my account online?
Yes. The customer portal at justintimeshirts.smrtapp.com/custx/ lets you track invoices, place orders and manage your account. Contact us and we will set you up.
